Job Description
- Manage post-sales activities for Cybersecurity and Network Performance Monitoring products.
- Lead large-scale project implementations locally and regionally.
- Provide on-site services, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Deliver technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries using existing knowledge bases.
- Be on standby for 24×7 maintenance support calls.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering orrelated field
- With system administration experience (Solarwinds) or basic networking knowledge (Gigamon).
