About the team
The User Growth (UG) team is responsible for the growth of TikTok's international short video products. We help develop customized growth strategies for the products and utilize various marketing, product, and data analysis techniques to achieve business growth goals. The UG team maintains and optimizes a range of product growth strategies, such as paid advertising and organic user acquisition, and skillfully applies them to various businesses to drive growth. Additionally, when new growth opportunities are identified, we create new solutions to help businesses achieve breakthroughs. By joining the UG team, you will be responsible for the growth of products with billions of users and gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge growth practices.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for researching key issues in the content ecosystem of TikTok's global market, delivering insights and strategic proposals from the perspectives of content experience and user understanding, influencing the evolution direction and enhancing the long-term platform value ceiling.
2. Based on a deep understanding of user needs, identify key issues in current content consumption and creation experiences, combine qualitative case studies and quantitative data analysis methods to complete impact assessments and prioritize judgments, propose optimization directions and strategy recommendations to drive product strategy optimization and improve recommendation effectiveness.
3. Guided by user content experience insights, establishing a scientific and efficient evaluation mechanism to enhance problem discovery and positioning efficiency, iterating methodologies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. A bachelor's degree or above.
2. Understanding of the content consumption experience chain, with excellent content judgment skills, able to accurately identify pain points and shortcomings, and adept at discovering issues and summarizing insights.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong self-motivation and learning ability, high sense of responsibility, reliable, and proactive.
4. Strong curiosity and desire to explore, with an interest in the content industry.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in internet content strategy, content operation, marketing strategy, or business analysis, is preferred.
2. Deep users or active creators on content platforms are preferred.
