Inventory Manager

  • Industry: FMCG
  • Location: Central Region (Singapore)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead inventory planning, stock replenishment, and transfers to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Analyze inventory performance and generate reports on trends, turnover rates, and discrepancies.
  • Develop and execute strategies to reduce excess inventory and prevent stockouts.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate stock deliveries.
  • Conduct and lead regular stock audits, ensuring reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
  • Continuously review and improve inventory processes for efficient stock movement and control.
  • Implement inventory control best practices aligned with supply chain management standards.
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage the inventory budget to maximize cost-efficiency.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in retail supply chain management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) and strong analytical skills will be preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
