Job Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support to in-house company users (including regional offices)
- Manage servers, networks (LAN, WAN, VLANs and Wireless), computers, routers, switches, firewalls, CCTV, door access, software deployment, security updates and patches.
- Manage system and network security.
- Assist in IT requirements for onboarding and off-boarding of all employees.
- Provide professional recommendations for upgrades or modifications to IT systems.
- Manage IT inventory in store.
- Manage software license and domain renewals.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows (10/11/Server), VMware vSphere.
- Technically inclined and hands-on, keen to pick up new technology and skillsets.
- Knowledge of the SAP B1 system is advantageous but not a must.
- Knowledge or past experience in IoT implementation would be advantageous but not a must.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Candidate with strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and relevant experience can be considered for the manager role.
