Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Oversee and manage a team of field service technicians, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and equipped to deliver high-quality service.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback。
Technical Leadership and Training:
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for junior engineers and ongoing professional development for existing engineers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements, including servers from Inspur, Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.
- Assist in the development and implementation of technical standards and procedures.
Operations Management:
- Coordinate field service activities, including scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize field service operations.
- Manage inventory of parts and equipment. oEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Backup and Support:
- Provide coverage for team members in case of emergencies or urgent leave.
- Handle complex and challenging technical issues that require advanced troubleshooting.
Technical Proficiency:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Linux-based commands and scripting.
- Collaborate with project managers on deployment projects, providing technical expertise and support.
