Job Description
- Process orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered promptly with satisfaction
- Work with customers on product enquiries, delivery status and other administrative works
- Act as Customer Service officer and respond to all customer enquiries & feedback promptly (training will be provided)
- Administrative duties
- Prepare Quotation and Sales orders
- Support sales to ensure customer and product satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' levels or diploma equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written & spoken
- Proficient with MS Office Skills (Excel / Word)
- Team player with good problem solving skills
- Proficient in English & Mandarin
