Responsibilities:
- Complete knowledge of venue floor plan, table numbers, and seating procedures.
- Knowledgeable of all current promotions, amenities, menu items, retail items and general pricing.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to upsell reservations to better suit a guest’s needs and expectations based on availability.
- Greeting every guest with a warm smile and welcoming greeting in line with the time of day. Ex: Good morning, good afternoon, good evening.
- Check in all guests with reservations and guestlist.
- Assist guests in making new reservations both in person and over the phone.
- Capturing guest details and inputting properly into the CRM system whenever possible.
- Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basis throughout the day.
