Events Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities


Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will support the Marketing team’s branded and special events and will coordinate the team’s efforts in building, championing and enhancing PIF Capital’s corporate reputation through a mix of strategic and integrated initiatives with a special focus on events and brand marketing across the region.

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Events Marketing Specialist/ Assistant Manager/ Manager who thrives on interpersonal interactions, possess an innate drive that engage regularly with key stakeholders, passionate about inbound communications and most importantly, excited about driving and managing successful events for our Capital Community.

As part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for our members’ engagements and with our brands, leaders, partners and educational framework.


Role & Responsibilities


· Plan and manage a calendar of hybrid and physical events;

· Ensure the smooth execution of both hybrid and physical events for the company across several markets;

· Support the planning and smooth execution of conferences, seminars, event sponsorships and exhibitions;

· Providing timely reporting on all engagement metrics and post event analysis;

· Support and coordinate all logistical arrangements for both hybrid and physical events;

· Support the governance of policies, guidelines and processes related to the brand (e.g., brand identity, public relations/social media, web style guide, social media playbook), and assist in monitoring our partners’ and vendors’ adherence to achieve consistency across the region;

· Play an integral part in building and maintaining warm yet professional communications with prospects, members and other key stakeholders, contributing towards our robust lead management processes; and

· Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.


Requirements


· At least 4 years of relevant working experience in an events or conference management role

· Competent in planning and executing tradeshows, conferences, seminars, event, sponsorships and exhibitions

· Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team player

· Comfortable with the use of IT equipment and software applications (i.e. Zoom) for conferencing and or webinars

Requirements


· Diploma/Degree in Events Management, Tourism and Hospitality Management and or any other related fields

· Experience in vendor/agency management and project management is a must

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office 365

· Good written and verbal communication in English with seasoned presentation skills

· Skills in strategic thinking, creative analysis, ideation, and problem-solving are a must

· Attention to detail
