Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting annual reviews and policy servicing of existing policies with HNW clients by collaborating with the private bankers to review and analyse exisiting in-force policies.
- Drive revenue flows by developing strategies to create cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with current book of PCS’s clients to achieve both revenue and review completion targets.
- Support and improve PCS policy servicing objectives by contributing customer feedback and recommendations to support the overall strategic plans and reviews of the business.
- Build and foster rapport with market heads/team leaders in order to drive referral opportunities with HNW clients.
- Work closely with the private bankers and wealth planners to understand the HNW clients’ profiles, needs and expectations in order to provide appropriate advices/recommendations on life and personal lines solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational procedures/processes
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree with at least 5-6 years experience in the private banking / insurance industry as a junior Relationship Manager / Assistant Relationship Manager / Insurance Specialist in the High Net Worth segment
- Proven sales track records in promoting Universal Life and/or other life insurance products.
- Detail-minded, well-organized and high level of accuracy.
- A team player that possess good interpersonal skills with excellent communication and negotiation proficiencies.
