Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full cycle of HR and administrative operations.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee payroll processes, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Review and recommend salary structures, bonuses, and incentive schemes.
  • Manage office operations, including lease agreements, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with key decision makers and various levels of employees;
  • Familiar with labour laws, MOM regulations and guidelines
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
