Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of HR and administrative operations.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee payroll processes, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Review and recommend salary structures, bonuses, and incentive schemes.
- Manage office operations, including lease agreements, facility maintenance, and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with key decision makers and various levels of employees;
- Familiar with labour laws, MOM regulations and guidelines
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
