Job Description: Digital Product Manager

The company focuses on helping businesses target younger generations and tourists with tailored marketing and payment services.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of digital payment products, ensuring they meet business and market needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams (development, sales, marketing) to create product roadmaps and oversee their execution.

• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on trends, customer needs, and competitor products.

• Analyze product performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements.

• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, including post-launch analysis.

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective product positioning and promotional strategies.

• Act as the point of contact between the technical team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of product goals.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager or in a similar role, particularly within fintech or payment solutions.

• Strong understanding of payment technologies and digital marketing trends.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing external stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
