- Position: Assistant Merchandiser
- Location: Near Redhill MRT
- Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (5.00am to 5.00pm)
- Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3200 + $80 mobile+ Variable Bonus + 12 days Annual Leave + Medical + Dental + Staff purchase + free company merchandise + Fitness Program & Birthday gift voucher

Main Responsibilities:
- Follow up and liaise with overseas suppliers on shipment delivery and preparing monthly documentation for shipping insurance
- Updating purchase order confirmation with overseas suppliers
- Assist in execution of allocation planning and stock transfer for new product launches.
- Preparing and updating purchase launch plan regularly
- Preparing and conducting monthly seasonal/new product trainings to Promoters
- Assist in monitoring overall stock movement and ensure stocks are available in E-commerce and other online channels
- Maintain pricing records and make any revisions if necessary
- Support operations when necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma in Merchandising, Fashion Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in similar role preferred
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
