Contract Period: From 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025

Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 9 hours per day, inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break
  • 2 shifts: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (subject to the Authority’s discretion and work arrangement for reception and administrative functions)
  • No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays

Scope of Services:

Counter Duties:

  • Greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing visitors appropriately upon arrival at the counter
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Attending to parents, visitors, and vendors through phone calls and walk-ins
  • Attending to unwell students in the sick bay

Administrative Duties:

  • Supporting logistics and administrative tasks related to school activities and events
  • Packing documents and collaterals
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail, managing faxing and mailing, and handling all correspondence, including maintaining accurate data entry using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Receiving and managing office supplies, as well as printing and photocopying documents
  • Performing any other duties assigned by the Administration Managers, Vice-Principals, or Principal

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Pleasant personality with a willingness to learn and be inquisitive
  • Proactive, a team player, organized, and able to multitask and prioritize daily tasks using modern office technologies and computer applications
  • Preferably holds GCE O-Levels or relevant receptionist/administrative work experience
  • Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, with good telephone etiquette when responding to inquiries from the public and stakeholders

Additional Requirement:
As the General Office is located on Level 2 of the school premises, which does not have lift access, personnel must be able to perform daily activities such as climbing stairs.
