Job Description
- Manage financial reporting and analysis for Singapore entities
- Ensure the timely and accurate submission of management and statutory financial reports
- Provide stakeholders with insightful analysis to aid in management decision-making
- Oversee Group treasury functions, including cash flow planning and banking activities
- Lead and enhance the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Develop, revise, and implement policies and procedures to align with business changes while maintaining strong controls
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with banks, external auditors, tax consultants, and corporate secretarial agents
- Handle SGX reporting obligations
- Conduct industry financial analysis and present findings to senior management
- Perform any other ad-hoc finance tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Finance or Accounting, with a recognized professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CA
- 8 years of relevant working experience, with a strong foundation in finance and accounting operations
- Proven experience in operational accounting, including hands-on involvement in day-to-day financial management
- Team management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
