Contract Period: From 1 February 2025 to 31 January 2026

Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
  • Fridays: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
  • One day each week will have working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. This late shift is fixed on a specific weekday and changes every 6 months.
  • No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Scope of Services:
The required services include:

  • Manning the reception counter in the General Office
  • Handling customer-facing tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, providing information and services, and attending to walk-in inquiries/requests from students, visitors, and suppliers in the General Office
  • Managing records, including maintaining and updating filing systems and inventory
  • Handling lost and found items and overseeing the delivery of goods
  • Maintaining sickbay records and caring for students in the sickbay, including facilitating early dismissal for medical reasons and providing basic first aid to injured students
  • Performing secretarial duties, such as arranging appointments, organizing meetings, and contacting students for fee arrears
  • Carrying out other related administrative duties as required

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate should preferably possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education (GCE) Normal (Academic/Technical) Level with passes in at least three subjects, including English
  • Preferably three (3) years of experience as a Receptionist with administrative experience in a school environment
  • General computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
