Job Responsibilities:
· Serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty and visitors.
· Accompany students to new school, bank, ICA etc.
· Assist in scheduling appointments for students with counsellors or other staff members in the student Affairs office
· Provide administrative support to student and assist them in planning their activities
Job Requirements:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with students, staff and faculty in English
· At least 2-3 years of experience of International School Admission
· Ability to manage time effectively and priorities tasks
· Work responsibly, eg answering phone calls, responding to emails
· A helpful and friendly demeanour to assist students and address concerns effectively
