Job Summary
As a Caffe Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a refined and sophisticated setting. Your role will involve serving guests with attentiveness, providing product knowledge, and contributing to the overall guest experience by upholding high standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take Orders & Serve Guests: Provide attentive, accurate, and personalized service to cafe patrons.
- Be a Floor Floater: Assist team members across various sections to ensure seamless cafe operations.
- Food Running: Efficiently deliver food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely and professional service.
- Guest Engagement: Interact with customers, recommend menu items, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Communicate with the Kitchen & Bar: Work closely with back-of-house teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, providing a safe and hygienic environment.
Qualifications:
- A passion for hospitality and customer service
- Previous experience in a similar cafe or luxury environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
