We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about the crypto space to join our team as an User Operations Specialist
What you'll be doing:
- Respond to user’s queries and resolve issues accurately and promptly through both online and offline support
- Provide appropriate and relevant responses to local regulators and/or authorities
- Collaborate with internal support team to ensure customer issue resolution
- Regularly review, update, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect current best practices and internal processes. Ensure that document control version remain updated
- Work with team leads to ensure the implementation of the SOP corresponds to what is happening on the ground by performing sample checks
- Understudy team leads to perform quality assurance review
- Complaint Escalation - Facilitate the escalation of user complaints by investigating root causes and working with relevant teams to provide solutions
- Assist in producing monthly reports
- Keep a register of all reviews and audit conducted
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support smooth internal operations and ensure an efficient workflow
What we're looking for:
- Diploma/Bachelors in Business Management or equivalent
- Preferably 1 year of experience in customer operations related role
- Meticulous, pay strong attention to details
- Strong communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work well in teams
- Able to communicate fluently in English, and have strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding and/or experience working in a Cryptocurrency/Blockchain/Fintech/Finance Trading domain preferred
