Architectural Manager (Iconic Mixed Development)
Are you a seasoned architectural professional ready to lead a landmark project? A leading MNC A1 main contractor is seeking an Architectural Manager to oversee architectural design for an iconic mixed-use development in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural design works for your designated zone, ensuring excellence and innovation.
- Liaise effectively with the developer and consultancy design team to guarantee compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Senior/ Architectural Coordinators, and Supervisors.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure project completion within established timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the architectural field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Open to candidates from both consultancy and main contractor backgrounds.
- Experience with hospitality projects is preferred.
