We are seeking a Maid Placement Specialist to play a pivotal role in establishing the agency's sales foundation. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for potential clients, responsible for expanding the agency's client base and creating a sales process to drive growth. Your efforts will be key to building the agency’s reputation and growing its client portfolio by promoting and selling our maid and domestic staffing services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire domestic helper placement process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, preparing contracts, and providing ongoing client support.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulations set by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and other relevant authorities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the placement of domestic helpers.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a maid agency, with hands-on knowledge of the complete placement process.
- CEI certification is required.
- In-depth understanding of MOM regulations and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines to establish a solid foundation for agency operations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Results-oriented and capable of meeting sales targets.
