We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Emerging Business Sales team in Commercial Banking. This role focuses on managing and retaining existing commercial property loan customers, ensuring portfolio profitability, and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines. The contract is renewable based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive and reactive calls to existing commercial property loan customers for repricing discussions.
- Convince customers to accept the repricing package to maintain portfolio volume and profitability.
- Ensure all documentation is completed and complies with regulatory property financing guidelines.
- Cross-sell and refer other bank products to customers.
