Responsibilities:
· Provide recruiting support throughout the full life cycle
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding
· To develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies
· Build and manage candidate pipelines, fostering long-term relationships
· Work closely with hiring managers, HRBPs and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
· Lead the offer process, including negotiation, proposal, and generation of offer letters
· Conduct analysis of hiring metrics, perform talent market mapping, and monitor competitor status to deliver actionable insights for business recruitment strategies
· Engage in regional recruitment programs and work alongside recruiters in APAC and other regions on various recruitment activities
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years of recruiting experience
· Exceptional sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
· Proficiency in both written and spoken
· Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – WorkDay and social media tools
Additional Information:
· Salary – Up to S$7K per month + completion bonus
· Contract duration: 6-month contract, possible renewable or convertible
· Commencement Date: Immediate
· Working days and hours: 8:45am – 6:00pm (Mondays to Thursdays), 8:45am – 4.30pm (Fridays)
