The Project Executive will provide essential support to the Project Manager in the development and planning of new and existing store setups. The role involves close coordination with internal departments, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project completion within the given timeline. The Project Executive will also participate in tender processes, assist with negotiations, attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and provide recommendations. This position requires a proactive team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Objectives:
Provide support to Project Manager related to the development and planning of a new/existing store setup.
Core Responsibilities:
- Coordination with internal cross functional departments, contractors and vendors for work on-site, and ensure completion to meet project schedule.
- Take part in tender processes for contractors/vendors, and assist in negotiation of terms and conditions for engagement of services.
- Attend site / project meetings, inspections and defect checks; make recommendations.
- Provide support to office, maintenance and store operation teams.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager.
Job Specifications:
- Knowledge and experience in Retail/F&B interior fit-out works. (Supermarket, Food Court and Restaurant)
- Ability to use AutoCAD software, and read technical drawings. (Archi, M&E, Equipment specifications, etc.)
- Knowledge on Microsoft Excel to produce project budgeting/CAPEX
- Knowledge on Singapore Police Force Liquor license applications and Singapore Food Agency applications, is an added advantage
- Having open mindset to learn, being a team player, and thriving well in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
