Responsibilities

  • Design newsletter and curating EDM
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Call and arrange appointment
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails )
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Schedule in-house and external events (only when required)

Requirements and skills

  • Local Poly, preferred
  • Meticulous and detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply!

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary

Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with 1 year of experience (preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to acquire new skills

Work Location: In person
