About the Company:
Our client is a large multinational corporation based in China, expanding its operations to Singapore. We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support the executive in managing daily activities and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's daily schedule and appointments efficiently.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships, providing excellent service and support.
- Provide basic administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with logistics needs for the executive’s family.
- Handle bookings and appointments, ensuring all arrangements are made in a timely manner.
- Drive a Toyota Alphard as needed for meetings and events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin to liaise with clients from China effectively.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving a Toyota Alphard.
