Corporate Communication Assistant ( 1 year contract, $2390/mth)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm
Working Location: Little India
Job Description
- Support the team in the design of internal communications to cascade key organisational messages, as well as planning of events such as Townhall
- Support the team in developing engaging content for the intranet portal and/or leadership training e-modules
- Coordinate engagements with user groups to understand pain points and gather feedback
- Assist in analysing user feedback data and identifying areas for improvement
- Assist in content migration and developing website prototypes based on user feedback
- Assist in data management/organisation and analysis for projects to track project status, participants, KPIs etc
- Contribute to the development of data visualisations/dashboarding
Requirement
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good visual communication and design skills
- Some proficiency in Microsoft Excel and interest in data related projects
