Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in OSS/BSS, particularly in order provisioning and fulfilment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical and integration skills and act as an effective liaison between business and technical teams. You will be responsible for translating project requirements into innovative, deliverable solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Development:
· Develop innovative and differentiated solutions that meet project requirements using your expertise in Solution Architecture.
Project Collaboration:
· Work closely with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to create winnable and deliverable solutions that form the foundation of the project value proposition and business case.
Technical Expertise:
· Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Solution Architecture, ensuring that solutions align with project needs and industry best practices.
Continuous Learning:
· Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in Solution Architecture to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications:
Expertise:
· Strong proficiency in Solution Architecture, Requirements Analysis, Solution Planning, Costing & Pricing.
Experience:
· 2+ years as a Solutions Architect in the BSS and/or Integration domain.
Telco Expertise:
· Functional knowledge of Telco Order Management Systems capabilities and CPQ capabilities.
Salesforce/Cloudsense:
· Techno-functional knowledge with at least 2 years of experience.
Collaboration:
· Experience working with CSP’s E2E Solution Architects and Domain Solution Architects.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Adaptability and proactive learning in new areas related to OSS/BSS and related technologies.
• Proven ability to provide solutions to complex problems across multiple teams and department
