Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be part of the PFS Loans Division
- To review and evaluate customers’ Housing loans accounts
- To prepare and input customers’ Housing loan conversion for Credit Approval
- To prepare and check customer conversion letter of offers
- To follow-up on conversion post-approval and customers’ letter of offer reworks
- To conduct customers loan redemption interviews
- To support ad-hoc assignment by Management and Department Head
Job Requirements
- Minimum with 2 or 3 years relevant working experience
- Good knowledge in Consumer Banking Products, particularly Mortgage Loans Financing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact and negotiate with people at all level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Data Analysis
- A team player with dedication to provide premium services, quality performance and speed on execution.
- Self driven and resourceful with an ability to work independently
