Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone or email.
- Manage spare part orders, inventory, and tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide after-sales support and build strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service and spare part management preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5:45 pm
