Marketing & CRM Executive
Location: Redhill
Salary Range: $3,500 - $4,500/month
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & CRM:
- Be the data custodian for the brand, managing customer and prospect databases, ensuring data quality, and monitoring behavior trends.
- Provide timely reports, analysis, and recommendations based on CRM data.
- Promote proper data input practices across the team.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales funnel performance, service throughput, and retail campaign ROI.
- Utilize Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and automation tools to create data-driven reports and market relevant products to customers.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance the customer experience, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.
Customer Loyalty:
- Devise and promote a compelling value proposition for customer retention by highlighting aftersales services and benefits at key touchpoints.
- Set up automated communications tailored to customer segments and lifecycle touchpoints.
- Design and manage a member engagement plan offering exclusive benefits, rewards, and giveaways to foster a strong community connection.
