Job Position: Managing Director
Salary Range: S$9,000 - S$12,000
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage the company’s daily operations, administration, and business activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to the company’s policies and objectives.
· Convene General Manager's Office meetings, ensuring the effective implementation of resolutions and strategies.
· Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s strategic plans, annual business goals, and performance benchmarks to meet organizational targets.
· Lead major investment decisions, operational improvements, and business development activities, ensuring the company remains competitive and efficient.
· Maintain close collaboration with the Board of Directors to ensure consistent communication and execution of company directives.
· Ensure that operations meet high standards of governance, compliance, and internal control.
· Foster positive relationships with internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.
Position Requirements:
· Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Furniture Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
· A minimum of 10 years of working experience in a senior management role overseeing company operations and business development, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or manufacturing industry.
· Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Chinese stakeholders, suppliers, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration within the Chinese-speaking market.
· Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business strategies and managing operational teams across multiple departments.
· Strong decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of improving organizational performance and achieving business targets.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a hands-on approach to management.
· This position may required travel in domestic and oversea.
