• Perform Full Spectrum of HR and Admin functions.;
• Handle Internal Recruitment process which include recruitment, staff orientations & administration of employee benefits;
• Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation;
• Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record;
• Support the HR department in updating of HR database and processing employees’ requests;
• Provide General Admin duties and coordination support to the management
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess att least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, multi task and well organized.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking associates/parties.)
