UI Developer – 1 year Contract – Singapore
Our Client, a prestigious MNC leading the way in Digital Transformation projects is seeking a skilled UI Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain user interface components and applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Convert UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS code.
- Implement and manage reusable JavaScript/jQuery functional code to enhance application performance.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Integrate with back-end services through Promise/AJAX/API calls.
- Utilize front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp, Grunt) for efficient development processes.
- Use version control systems (e.g., Git) for code management and collaboration.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring a high standard of quality and usability.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in front-end development - HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in converting UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS code.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript concepts such as hoisting, closures, call stack, and prototypes.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of .NET is a plus.
