Customer Service Assistant (Retail/ Hair and Beauty)
• Multiple Locations - Islandwide
• Non sales role
• 6 off days/ per month (including Weekends)
• Permanent Role
• Gross Salary: up to $3,000 + Attractive Benefits & Incentives
• No experience welcome. Training will be provided.
Responsibility:
- Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.
- Attend to walk-in customers at the outlet.
- Assist and respond to all customers enquires via emails and callings.
- Schedule and confirm appointments via phone and email
- Record customer information into system.
- Assist stock take and ordering of stocks needed.
- Handle of monetary receipts and payment.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- No experience welcome. Training will be provided
- Experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Customer service-oriented and able to build strong client relationships.
- Able to commit retail hours.
