Position: Sushi Chef
- Able to handle sushi sashimi counter with high standard of hygiene and food quality, taste & presentation, food preparation planning and projection base on sales to ensure freshness of ingredients.
- R&d new menu, food innovative and work flow improvement.
- Oversee and ensure smooth kitchen operation, conduct staff development planning.
- Manage a team by Supervise, lead and motivate, ensures they comply with company guidelines particularly related to quality and freshness of food.
- Handling of Japan seasonal menu and fish.
Working hours & salary range:
11:00 to 14:30 or 17:30 to 23:00 ($3200-$3600)
