What you'll be doing
- Proactively prospect and identify new sales leads within the assigned territory
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and pipeline
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the sales or food and beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer needs
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with local market dynamics
- A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
