Job Description
- Perform non-destructive tests (NDT) and determine product acceptability to the authorized limits of the NDT level obtained in accordance with the prescribed methods and procedures
- Perform NDT Inspection duties in support of customer parts
- Record, organize and evaluate test results and generate NDT reports
- Perform verification of In-coming / In-process dimensional inspection
- Perform Final Dimensional and Visual Inspection
- Maintain all measuring equipment in QA Department
- Ensures compliance to all radiation safety rules and regulations and provides protections to self and others during testing
- Dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with Environmental Regulations
- Maintenance and calibration of all NDT equipments
- Buy off and maintain NDT consumables and ensure inventory is up to date
- Coordinate NDT Inspection workload according to priorities, efficiency and cost
- Participate and drive any projects assigned
- Take on any task assigned by superior
Requirements
- Minimum Technical Certificate/NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical/Precision) or equivalent
- At least two years working experience in related field
- Able to perform measurement using micrometer, surface roughness, bore gauge and NDT Level II (At least LPI, MPI & UT)
- Required language(s): English (both spoken and written)
- Must be computer literate
- Positive working attitude & self motivated
