Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:


Job Responsibilities:

- Engage with government agencies concerning delivery logistics.

- Develop and oversee daily delivery schedules for in-house drivers.

- Work collaboratively with the Sales and IT Departments on after-sales services.

- Maintain comprehensive asset inventory and data records.

- Coordinate with clients for relocation needs and manage arrangements with the in-house driver team.

- Schedule IT engineers for on-site tasks, including cryptographic erasure and verification, prior to coordinating equipment pickups from agencies.

- Compile and submit monthly reports related to each tender.

- Issue reminder emails at three, two, and one-month intervals to ensure timely return of equipment before lease expiration.

- Respond to incoming calls and emails from corporate clients.

- Assist the Manager with any additional tasks as needed.


Requirements:

- A minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work autonomously.

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

- Customer-focused approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

- A passion for interacting with people and fostering positive relationships.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.


Remarks:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

- Annual leave, Medical benefits, Staff insurance provided

- Location: Kaki Bukit.
