Job Description
JobTech is a product start-up looking to solve real world labour problems and deliver the best possible experience to our end users. We are looking for passionate and self-driven hands-on engineers.
- Work closely with the Technical lead to manage and scale cloud infrastructure effectively.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for development and production environments.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for system security and monitoring.
- Provide guidance on DevSecOps best practices and ensure compliance with security controls.
- Work closely with the Product Development team to improve and extend system architectures.
- Coordinate with customers' IT teams to facilitate smooth on-premise deployments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
- Proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework and Linux.
- Experience in Jenkins for CI/CD.
- Experience working with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge in OWASP or other security related standards
- Knowledge on VPC, Subnets, NAT gateways, SSH tunnelling or Jump Hosts
- Experience in AWS Cloud. (EC2, S3, RDS, Cloudfront, EKS, Elastic beanstalk ...etc)
- Experience in Database Management
- Experience in Monitoring tools
- Experience in Scripting (Bash, Python ...etc)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible is a plus.
- Experience in Azure Cloud, Oracle Cloud, or Ali Cloud is a plus.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other functional departments to ensure cohesive security measures.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and enforce data protection measures.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest security trends and continuously improve the JobTech's security posture.
