1) Provide over-all leadership and management of the project team
2) Manage all project stakeholders for smooth project execution
3)Plan and execute projects with regards to meeting deadlines
4)Maintain construction quality whilst controlling cost to protect profit margins
5)Conduct regular meetings with project team on project status update
6)Chair meeting with Consultant, client and stake holders
