Overview:
Provide sales and administrative support to the institutional and intermediary business development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in producing accurate and prompt department reports for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in producing initial draft of client portfolio reports.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain inputs for RFPs, reports and presentation materials for prospects.
- Prepare and update performance and factsheet pages for fund presentations on a monthly basis, including upcoming and adhoc client meetings.
- Assist in submission of documents for compliance and legal clearance.
- Monitor public tenders.
- Manage collateral and client database, assist in updating and maintaining the CRM database.
- Assist in KYC due diligence screening new and existing client accounts.
- Coordinate and set up internal meetings for the team.
- Coordinate and confirm on travel arrangements and appointments.
- Coordinate and support on logistic for client events and projects.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Mail merge skills. Knowledge of VBA or use of Excel Pivot tables is a plus.
- High sense of responsibility and attentive to detail.
- Must be self reliant, resourceful and proactive, at the same time a team player who is able to operate credibly and leverage the firm’s resources and global infrastructure.

Experience and Qualification
- Polytechnic Diploma in related field (Economics, Finance, Accounting)
- More than 5 years’ experience as a team assistant, administrative or client servicing support role.
This position is for 12 months contract period.
