Setting up and installing new printers, copiers, scanners, and copier management software.
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning cartridges, printers, and copiers onsite and remotely.
• Providing demonstrations and customer training.
• Providing excellent customer support and service.
• Providing routine service and maintenance to copiers, scanners and printers.
• Writing diagnostic reports and training manuals.
• Managing orders and stock of new equipment, parts, and materials.
• Providing excellent customer support and service.
• Managing schedules and customer emergencies.
• Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and practices in the industry.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Client end users seeking technical assistance over phone, email, MS team and ticketing system and updating all cases reported into the Client ticketing system.
The Role:
- Nitec or Diploma in Electronic/IT or related field
- Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- 2 years & above of relevant working experience
- Hands on technical skills in servicing printers, copiers, scanners etc.
