Job responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy and Development
- Analyze automotive product ranges and conduct market surveys to understand customer needs, facilitating the development of new products for the aftersales network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create aftersales products that align with customer demands and market trends.
- Carry out market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the quality of aftersales services and improve customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate performance metrics and customer feedback to determine the effectiveness of aftersales products and services.
- Create and implement sales strategies for new products to maximize revenue and support long-term customer retention goals.
- Monitor product sales weekly and monthly to ensure targets are met, implementing timely corrective actions when needed.
- Work with internal stakeholders on tactical promotions to attract customers to our service network.
- Compile and generate monthly reporting.
2. Operation Support - Develop and communicate servicing packages and oversee the rollout of campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for aftersales initiatives, programs and contracts
- Provide training and resources to service teams to improve product knowledge and enhance service delivery.
3. OEM Development and Management - Build and nurture strong relationships with OEMs and suppliers.
- Oversee contract negotiations and renewals with vendors and suppliers.
Job requirements:
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering or other related fields
- At least 2 years of similar experience preferred.
- Working knowledge on Excel preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit good business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership
- Effective self-starter who excels in a lean and fast-paced organisation
