Electrician (Roofing Solar Panels)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for solar panel installations on rooftops. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be comfortable working outdoors under various weather conditions, including hot sun.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, connect, and test electrical systems for solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops.
- Conduct electrical inspections to ensure systems comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues related to solar panel installations.
- Ensure proper functioning and efficiency of the solar panel systems after installation.
- Ensure the safe and efficient mounting of solar-powered panels.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and ensure the safety of the worksite.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures for working at heights and in outdoor environments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1year of experience as an electrician, preferably with experience in solar panel installations.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods under hot weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment when working at heights.
- Willing to work a 6-day work week.
- Relevant electrical certification is preferred.
