What you get:

Salary range: S$5000-S$6500 | 44 hours work week, no split shift

What you will do:

● Team Management:

○ Recruit, train, and supervise team

○ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and high morale.

○ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure staff development and growth.

● Customer Service:

○ Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded.

○ Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

○ Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience and customer satisfaction.

● Operations Management:

○ Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.

○ Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.

○ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant

○ Greeting customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including advising guests on menu and wine choices

○ Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

○ Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

○ Address any issues related to quality or service promptly and effectively.

● Strategic Planning:

○ Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and expansion.

○ Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance the restaurant's competitive position in the market.


Join us if you are:

● 5-8 years in F&B, running an outlet of 100-150

● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

● Excellent communication and customer service skills.

● Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service and front-of-house operations.

● Energetic, passionate and able to work in a face paced environment

● Excited to be part of a team that is supportive, communicates and has fun!

● Ready to put the guest at the heart of everything you do
