A leading 3PL logistics company is looking for an Account Assistant to:
- Verify cheques received against sales invoices to ensure accuracy of collection.
- Bank in collection within second working days of receipt.
- Prepare billing for miscellaneous charges and recovery
- In-charge of Account receivables
- Assist in AR invoicing
- In-charge of monthly prepayment schedule
- In-charge of monthly packing inventory schedule
- Assist in fixed assets sighting
- Assist in inventory count process
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma/LCCI Certificate
- Computer literate
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred in a Warehouse/Logistic industry
- Initiative and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently
- Must be willing to work in Pioneer area
- Able to commit to overtime as and when required
