Product Manager
Job Description and requirements:
- A degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or Arts & Social Sciences.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management focused on enterprise ICT products.
- Knowledge of finance, business case development, P&L management, and forecasting.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, coupled with excellent planning, organization, and project management abilities.
- Ability to conduct product and market research, customer journey mapping, and provide analytics to support decision-making.
- Proven experience in managing and collaborating with partners.
- Capable of working independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
- A strong interest in technology, particularly in areas like Internet services, Cloud, Web Hosting, DNS, Email, and Security.
- A passion for creativity and technology, especially gadgets, is a plus
- Proficiency in speaking Mandarin and writing in Chinese is a plus.
Product Executive
Job Description and requirements:
- Fresh graduates (Degree or above) or Polytechnic graduates with 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply for the Product Executive role. Training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of finance, business case development, P&L, and forecasting is beneficial, with guidance available.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent planning, organization, and project management abilities, are essential.
- A passion for creativity and technology, particularly gadgets, is a plus.
- Proficiency in speaking Mandarin and writing in Chinese is a plus.
