Responsibilities:
● Client Servicing: Serving as a point of contact between clients and teams - managing and negotiating with clients, agencies and KOLs to ensure needs and KPIs are met within campaign budget
● Timeline Management: Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and adjusting schedules when necessary
● Task Delegation: Assigning project tasks to internal members best positioned to complete them and ensure delivery
● Budget Management: Setting budgets, estimating costs and controlling spending to keep within clients’ constraints
● Campaign Ideation: Assist in ideating campaign strategies to drive optimum campaign results alongside internal teams
● Quality Control: Making effective decisions and performing quality control to keep the project aligned with clients’ goals
● Social: Support in securing suitable influencers and/or collaborators and content plans that drives visibility for clients’ campaigns and messages
● New Business: Actively participate in new business proposals and pitches
● Event Management: Work closely with internal teams to propose PR events and engagements, on-site hosting support when necessary
● Campaign Reporting: Assist the compilation of coverage garnered with post campaign analysis
Requirements:
● 2 or more years of in an agency or in-house setting with proven track record in accounts management
● Multi-tasker who can manage various projects elements simultaneously
● Effective communicator who is adept at conveying ideas clearly and listening to feedback
● Strong organizational skills to keep projects running smoothly to prioritize tasks, manage schedules and resources
● Problem solver who can make informed decisions that impact the project’s direction and success
● Negotiator who can lead and facilitate discussions with clients, teams and stakeholders involved
● Detail-oriented individual who is able to conduct quality control
● Has a strong pulse on emerging trends across the realm of luxury, lifestyle and culture
● Able to embrace the start-up culture and willingness to be hands-on to grow with the agency
