Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Treasury & Corporate Finance Manager.
In this critical role, you will play a key part in managing the company's financial affairs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to strategic planning.
Job Description:
- Financial Planning & Analysis:Develop and manage budgets, capital expenditure plans, and accounting practices to ensure alignment with regulations.
Analyze financial reports and projections to assess company performance against industry benchmarks and strategic objectives.
Assist in the preparation of board and shareholder resolutions.
Support filing compliance with regulations and statutory requirements.
- Treasury Management:Oversee cash flow management, including forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliation.
Manage bank relationships, including account reconciliation, payments, and collections.
Administer intercompany loans and manage FX and trade financing needs for business units.
Identify and evaluate potential financial opportunities and risks.
- Accounting & Audit Support:Assist with monthly management accounts and annual financial statements, adhering to accounting standards and group guidelines.
Support business units with tax compliance requests, such as FATCA.
Assist with audit preparation tasks, including bank confirmations and directors' confirmations.
Support the review of payments and receipts.
- Communication & Collaboration:Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments (e.g., accounting, tax, procurement).
Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance or treasury management.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles (IFRS preferred) and financial modeling techniques.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
