• Reporting to Head of Finance
• Manage and execute private equity fund accounting, investment transaction record and support
• Investment portfolio management including evaluation, cash flow and company analysis, statistical modelling, etc.
• Pre and Post deal close support
• Prepare financial statements, investor reports and other fund-related reports
• Account for investments at brokerage and asset firms. Process and monitor investments, update and maintain portfolio analytics database
• Other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related accounting qualifications
• Strong work tenure; 3 to 5 years of experience as Financial Accountant/Business Partner in a family office or private equity fund accounting
• Possess strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent project, time management, communications and interpersonal skills
• Commercially astute and familiar with spreadsheet modelling
• Strong computing skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and technology savvy
• High sense of urgency and ability to multitask
• Highly adaptable to a loosely structured environment
• Office location: Near Tiong Bahru/Redhill
